Initiation and Conception

The initiation and conception phase is the very starting point of the project. An idea for a project will be thoroughly examined to determine whether or not it benefits our partner. We explore and elaborate the idea to identify if the project can realistically be completed and ist goal achieved. Our goal is to examine the feasibility of the project, and to make decisions regarding who is to accomplish the project, which and how many partners will be needed to be involved and whether the project has an acceptable base of support among all partners involved.
