Launch and Execution

During the execution phase, we arrange everything that will be needed to execute the project. Potential suppliers and subcontractors are brought in, we make a schedule schedule and order materials and tools and give instructions to the personnel. All matters must be clear for all partners involved that will carry out the execution.

For smaller projects, a formal development phase is often not necessary. The important point is that it must be clear what must be done in the execution phase, by whom and when.

The project takes shape during the execution phase. This phase involves the construction of the actual project result. During this phase the project becomes visible to outsiders, to whom it may appear that the pconstructroject has just begun. The execution phase is the doing phase, and we make sure to maintain the momentum.
